I was asked to make this Diabetic planner and I saw the need for one that was a little more exciting than what was selling on Etsy. Boring!

I created a nicely designed planner with pages that track daily blood glucose, food and drink intake, and much more. I’ve even added a colorful blood sugar sticker template in the package as well.

Another request was for doctor visit notes, that way it’s easy to jot down special instructions from the doctor and questions to ask on the next visit. I also created an sheet for appointments and a page to track foods that are ok to eat and ones to avoid.

My inspiration for this planner came from my subscribers and they helped me decide what pages to included. Thank you!! You guys are Awesome!
